AM - Fall Creek/Tomahawk (didn't want to go short 20 min, but didn't want 35. Never thought about this route - short, but adds one hill; will do more often).
No chest pains running. "Injured" only for weight lifting bench presses now.
PM - Lakeview+. Yes, there are 2 large, fat labs at the gray house before the bend to Lakeview - friendly, but could step in front of a bike. Biking is fine, no troubles.
