Tunbridge Wells Parkrun. 1st time i've done this parkrun and it was better than i was expecting. probably went off too hard as i kind of crashed after 2km but promising anyway.

2nd run in 2 months. probably went too fast but i think i have now recovered. Bit hot since my last proper run i march in newcastle and i have gained 5kg since i was injured as well.
