Street O' in Cambridge! My legs were super tired/sore, so I walked the last couple controls. (I think it took about 35 minutes total.) When I was walking, I tried to navigate with as few looks at the map as possible. Fun!
First stressful day at work today! Keynote presentation from hell kept crashing Keynote. And I had a sore throat that kept getting worse throughout the day. Still managed to get 7.5 hours of sleep!
The sprint! Felt so much better today. RHR was back down to 53, and I felt well-rested.
Made a few mistakes, including an embarrassing parallel error, because I was thinking too much about a route choice instead of focusing on the current leg. Key take-away is that I need to get better at reading the map and making decisions quickly!
I'd originally planned to walk the brown course today, but my resting hr was super high. And I've been exhausted since after the race yesterday! So instead I slept in and then took a nap in the afternoon.
