Pandapas w/Skip
Warmed up to 20F. Was a bit worried about Skip's paws but he did just fine. My stomach bothered me until the last 3 miles.

Trails were covered in sheets of ice long enough to ice skate down, particularly along the valley. Pond looked pretty frozen but I didn't see any signs of people walking across it yet.

Stopped to look for E's hat that we dropped at the Omeet but couldn't find it.

Skip took off up the mountain so we had to follow him some. Made for Z's longest run.

Z had lots of energy and was pretty strong. Slowed towards the end a bit but still eager.

Gym was quite empty.
Super efficient workout. Abs did ok.
Only thing different from preCOVID workout is lighter weight and a few extra ab workouts.

I'm appreciating this and wish I could keep doing it.

Campus. Dark and cold but was warm enough for Tshirt and shorts.

Was disappointed with the time but felt like a solid pace and wasn't working too hard. And the time is actually my fastest time since I started running this loop.
