Note

Feels really good to finally be running some decent mileage again after the stress fracture. Played it safe during the US XC season with lots of cross training and waited until after that to push the mileage on. Really pleased with how the last 5 weeks have gone and starting to feel fit. Easing off this week before racing on Saturday, then back to the US and straight into the indoor season.
