Second round of testing for a friend's research, following on from Tuesday. Running at 16.2km/h (5% quicker than LT) until exhaustion to see how biomechanics change with fatigue. Incredibly tough mentally, just running at a set pace on a treadmill, looking at the wall with no info on time/distance. Think I'll end up doing the analysis on my data!
