CSC Final - Green.
Was horrible weather, heavy rain and very windy. But it was so much fun! Hard work running into the wind but was feeling better than I have done for weeks. Was a bit sloppy in the middle and made a couple of errors as I got tired but managed to pick up the pace again at the end.

SHI Individual. Feeling pretty rubbish after the day before and found it really hard to run. Just ended up walking round, took a long time!

SHI Relay. Actually managed alright to keep running. It wasn't easy though, and my HR was much higher than it would normally have been. Technically it went well, though it was hard to concentrate sometimes.

Note

Went to the physio.
Said my knee was fine now and my foot was fine for now. Had pretty much 4 weeks off running and that will have helped it a lot. Need to keep taking it easy and only do a little bit at a time. Have to do a test run today and then see how it feels to decide if it'll be ok for this weekend.
Also been told that I need a podiatry appointment to see if I can ever wear inov8s, they don't give my feet enough support, might be able to build up to them or they might never be good enough for my feet... Been told not to wear them at all for now.

WU, basically the same, then a circuit: Bench press, back squat, MB slam, DB curls, crunches, TRX row, Jump chins x4 30on:15off, 90s between. Stretching and rolling.
