once again dealing with devastating cramps. perhaps graphic but it truly feels like i’m being stabbed in the abdomen. still very grateful that this means i won’t be feeling like this in the bulgarian woods or during NAOC but OUCH!!

trying to be gentle to my legs this week so that they can rest up before pre wuoc training and races so taper plan is something like:
Mo - off
Tu - bike & easy 6
We - easy 6
Thu - some sort of intervals — maybe on trail or maybe on pavement, probably threshold/tempo-y
Fri- off or 3 easy if my friends convince me to go to run club
Sat - VF park orienteering (4-5 miles)
Sun - 5 trails or off if no rest day friday

sleepy lil sprint around annapolis — good fun!
got into a good habit of reading ahead but that also didnt help me with control entrances, a few of them really screwed me bc i’d oversimplified the hell out of legs — but overall, good practice and i think my overall flow and route choice was p good. went like 50% physical effort, but pace was knocked by my silly stand stills and a couple street crossings
