Van Ho, 2 x DD trail with ski poles. 25:30, 26:15. aHR 138, max 164. Between the soft ground and the poles, HR was up there but finished 2 loops fine. Cool temps helped.

HH field; easy 6 x 5' / 1' recovery. First threshold work in about 6 wks but legs were fine. a HR 137; max 150.

Craigwood trails, down JR trail to River Rd. to watch Ironpeople on their running leg for awhile, and back. Total climb 1188'; a HR 117, max 145. Longest ride this year and first time I didn't walk up the steeper pitches on this route; legs feeling much stronger, hope there was no afib today. So many improvements to these trails this year - really fun to ride and so lucky to have them right next door.
