Hardy Rd. trails, with David. Skipped top climb - too early in season to beat up my legs that much. I'd sworn I'd never do it again anyway because it was so eroded I was spending more time bouncing up and down over roots and rocks than going forward, but noticed a lot of work has been done to smooth out lower trails so maybe I'll give it a try next time. Total climb 1120', enough for today. Some big sections of downed trees which thankfully had been cleared - seemed like a twister or something had gone through and flattened everything. Big thanks to the trail crews for clearing them all so quickly.

Hike/ jog from Hs Wds over to H Hill and back. Total climb 1158'. Cold gloomy day - no birds or other signs of spring except mud. Still snow on top of HH from yesterday. Started to snow just when I got back to car.

David planned an easy jog around the MTB trails at Craigwood but as I wanted to keep my routine of 2 days between runs I went along and just walked. Trails still closed but most have been cleared and are firmer than I'd anticipated - should be riding there soon.

Keene Community Trails with David. First time back here since trails opened 2 yrs ago. Trails are much firmer but still smooth - great riding - wish there were more options like this around. And a very fun /safe new downhill flow trail. Did 2 climbs - 850' - good first ride of the season.
