Does anyone have any tips of getting my Suunto Ambit3 to sync to AP? I did it previously, but it was a few years ago.
When I go to the suunto sync page and "click here to connect your account" it shows that I'm already connected - authorized May 2, 2021. When I click "Sync now" it just goes back to the suunto sync page ("click here to connect...").
I have the Suunto app on my phone, and SuuntoLink on my laptop.
The first thing to try is click the disconnect button on the setup page, and then reconnect/reauthorize.
Thanks Ken, that did it. I guess I didn't think of the first step of tech support - turn it off and turn it back on.
