Nice to see you back. How was walk I saw the results but that doesn't say much. I don't know if I'll be able to make the relays. Training looks good.

Ahh, you bum! You better make the relays, even if you have to take a bus down! I'll pick you up from the bus station :)

WOC was great, although I definitely would have liked to have run faster. Can't complain though since that was the shape I was in. Something to build on for next year though.
