Friday night intervals in high park. The workout was 3 x mile repeats, with 2 mins rest in between. Really good pace for the miles (~4:20, 4:30, 4:20) having not done any spadework in a while!

Run club Tuesdays with a pretty speedy crew tonight. Not sure if this group is just very fast or very competitive, but it seemed far too fast for a "steady run" (some laps were sub 5:00 min/km).
