AM. Race at Edith Hill. Really looking forward to this one on my favourite map in the area. Tired, but a solid run, good control sticking to my race plan well and then opening it up to push more aggressively for the last few. 2' behind Oystein, great to see him run withe a little fire. Lost 1' going over a wrong hill, otherwise fine and his smoothness winning out.

AM. TRU sprint. Solid run. Maybe a few little route choice mistakes, but nothing too bad. Made my choices fast and went with it. Good focus, solid start to the day.

PM. Valley view route choice training. Getting tired and again didn't have great flow or contact. Last time here was so good, but today didn't find the best rhythm. Looking forward to tomorrow's race though.

AM. Red Plateau. Not a highlight reel. Lost contact early, had trouble getting into the map.
PM. Controlpicking at Dew Drop. Better than the morning, but still felt like I was fighting the terrain and map the whole time.
