Spinning this morning! Headed to the basement to get this done. I'm starting to feel back to myself again and working out is starting to fall back into place. Still a bit hard due to going back to work full time this week but it's getting better! I need to incorporated the spin bike twice a week to get a harder workout in. The spin bike makes me work hard and sweat buckets! So I did 15 mins spinning then 5 mins of hard standing up hill climbing, 10 mins easier spinning, 5 mins hard standing up hill climbing followed by 10 mins of easier spinning. Whew!!! After I finished this I did 15 reps of the ab roller just to see how my neck would handle this. Seemed to do just fine.

Got home changed grabbed the dogs and headed out! We went from the truck to van orden and back. Dogs were good and we all enjoyed a nice evening.
