Met one of the geezers this a.m. at poto with Casey. Good thing I brought screw shoes with me!!! The trails were super icy today!!! We also took a section of old trail that I had never been on before. I wish I had discovered this a long time ago! It was awesome! Big hill climb, run along a ridge and then running switchbacks down. Cool!!! We were hànging onto trees just to not fall down the whole way today. I felt pretty good as long as I didn't turn my neck a certain way. But I forgot my insole for my shoe and my foot was grumpy. Looking forward to spring! Slow go!!!

Trying not to push things this week and opted for this WO. I am feeling better but still not 100% I would say close to 85%. I got on and went! I was really sweaty when I got done and I had an audience of 3 dogs and 1 cat that thinks he's a dog. My usual crowd!

I went for a run outside this morning with Casey who was super excited! I was hesitant to go outside in the dark so waited until it was fairly light out. I'm also trying to keep things easy until I get these MRI results back. Casey was beside herself when we were out! I felt okay, my shoulder was letting me know it was there but not horrible. I really enjoyed the morning!!! The birds are coming back!!!! So spring is right around the corner!!!! YAY!!!!!!

Time to do a happy dance!!!! I ran this morning! I started out walking and had decided that if my arm started really hurting I would only walk. After .25 mi I decided to slowly start running. Checked all systems and things were okay. After the first mile I bumped up the speed and things were still okay. The last mile I was running at 6.0 and my arm wasn't so bad that I was in pain but it still let me know it was there. But, I did kind of forget about it and just ran to music while watching tv.

Followed up with 20 ab rollers and Dakota chasing my arms/hands.
