Time to do a happy dance!!!! I ran this morning! I started out walking and had decided that if my arm started really hurting I would only walk. After .25 mi I decided to slowly start running. Checked all systems and things were okay. After the first mile I bumped up the speed and things were still okay. The last mile I was running at 6.0 and my arm wasn't so bad that I was in pain but it still let me know it was there. But, I did kind of forget about it and just ran to music while watching tv.
Followed up with 20 ab rollers and Dakota chasing my arms/hands.
