run 36:30 [3] 4.0 mi (9:08 / mi)

Just an easy out and back from home to dillinghams and back with Casey. I felt sluggish and as if running on the snowy roads was work. Foot wasn't sore during this run.

long run 3:15:00 [3] 14.01 mi (13:55 / mi)

Cold morning! Casey me and Chris ran poto today. It was in better shape than last week but I still felt really slow! Also took a different route when we got to the beach. So we stopped every so often so I could point things out to Chris. I felt okay. My foot was a little grumpy near the end.

run 1:04:00 [3] 7.14 mi (8:58 / mi)

I went out with the intentions of just enjoying the run and not worrying about how long or how far. I did the same loop as yesterday. I felt really good and had to constantly back off the pace. Casey and I really did have a good run. What a great way to start the year out!!!!

run 1:05:00 [3] 7.12 mi (9:08 / mi)

What a way to end a year on a positive note! I had a great run. I started slowly and not sure how long I'd go for. I had a nice headwind the first 3 miles. Did the Wallace rd loop but a bit different. Vanburen, cedar, Wallace, vanOrden, cedar, Vanburen. Less cars to deal with. I've got to get used to running in the snow again. Casey went along too! Each mile kept getting faster.
