Did a strange mix of intervals. Hopped off the good treadmill so Pete could use it. But before that I did an 8' warmup followed by:
3 X 2' @ 4-5-6% @ 7.9, 8, 8.1 mph
then on the old treadmill...
3 X 2' @ 8-9-10% @ 5.5, 5.7, 6.0? -- too easy
3 X 2' @ 10-11-12 @ 6.5, 6.5, 6.4 -- this grew to be v. difficult
3 X 2' @ 10-11-12 @ 6.3 for each -- about right for pace
Overall distance is approximate. Should be within 1/4 mile or so. Just to keep a running tally of miles per week.
