Not sure of average HR. Data got erased. Really negative racing, but i felt pretty good. Tried an attack but nothing was sticking, so i just settled for keeping good position and getting ready for sprint. Stayed up front and avoided the split in the pack. Almost taken out at bottom of the hill, wheel got bent but i still sprinted for 2nd.

Mtn Bike race. Rode well, then got some grass in my cassette and snapped my chain. Ran a lap and a half. Every point counts, got 5th. Probably gonna be a little sore havent run that much in a while.
