Gentle ish run out through Endcliffe park up the valley. Legs didn't feel as tired as i thought they would after yesterday. Need a wobble board to work on ankle strength, not feeling good.

CSC final, Burbage Moor. Reasonably happy, lost three mins on one control though and had a couple of one minute mistakes. Heather was physical and energy sapping in places. Inverted right ankle leaving control 14...had a few problems with it over the past couple of weeks, it's getting weaker and really need to start physio exercises on it.

Orienteering 1:20:00 [3]
shoes: Inov8 Oroc 280

Too much of living the student life the past couple of days! Got a run out with Marcus around the Longshaw estate. Felt pretty slugish both map reading and running...first time i've run on terrain for a while so to be expected. Enjoyable though and first run in the new Oroc 280's, felt pretty good...however laces a tad annoying, taped up tomorrow for the Compass Sport Cup Final!

Orienteering 50:00 [4]
shoes: Adidas Swoops

1st event in SYO's Night Cup, first night orienteering in some time. Great fun, found the nav tricky in an area i've never been or seen in daylight, great training though!

Run up around Stanage Edge from Wyming with Mr Pinker. Nice to be out on a new route, lovely evening...although i think we are now into head torch season, very dark by the end of our run!
