greenway route, steady threshold pace. Had to bail on teh New Prague half...better to be conservative than injured.

hills. Calf/ham/glute ok to ride but not able to run without discomfort.

rt hamstring/glute sore from last Saturday's trip and pull. Had to shorten my stride, over=stresses calf when compensating. Probably pushed my luck running this far. saturday's half marathon look doubtful.
