Exercises/Stretching (core) 50:00 [3]

Good workout even though I felt beat. Because of the ice storm, everyone was running behind which gave me more time. Lower body definitely feeling stronger, but I've got a long comeback to go on the arms.

Road Running long (recovery) 1:20:00 [3] 9.0 mi (8:53 / mi)
shoes: Adidas Supernova

Bollinger + Lewis loop at LSD speed. Pretty stiff. Plus 30min of brisk walk while Bailey at violin practice.

Exercises/Stretching (core) 45:00 [3]

I sense an asymetry between my right and left legs that is probably due to the problems in my right ankle. Perhaps all this time I've come to favor my left leg because the right is unstable. So, a focus of future training should work on restoring some balance.

Road Running (hills) 52:00 [4] 6.0 mi (8:40 / mi)
shoes: Adidas Supernova

Bollinger, Lewis Mills, with a handful of ~200m hill pick-ups thrown in. Felt tired--not sure if it was the Sunday event or the exercises yesterday (probably the latter). But I do notice not so much strain on the hams' going up hills. Perhaps stronger hips/quads take some of the load off. Sort of pushing uphill rather than pulling.

Exercises/Stretching 40:00 [3]

Good core workout. The lunges are much stronger now and don't leave me helpless for days afterward. Started some new exercises on calves, and they definitely feel it...

Orienteering 55:00 [5] *** 5.0 mi (11:00 / mi)
shoes: Montrail Highlander

Score O at Warwick. Lots of trail running, but finding those platforms in levels areas without a flag can be tough. Felt pretty strong, running-wise, not too clever with the map, though.
