road run 37:40 [3] 8.7 km (4:20 / km)

Up the valley to I-83 and back. Both of my legs are killing me. I can hardly pick them up. The past few O races I have been tripping alot too, which I attribute to not lifting my feet high enough. Back is sore too. Feel like they have no strength, which might be reasonable if I never got any exercise, but I'm not a complete couch potato. Dunno what to make of all this.

cycling 18:45 [4] 24.95 mi (45 / mi)

Work commute. Idiots trying to kill me with their SUVs in the morning, then had to wait out a lightning storm at a gas station on the way home - perhaps not the best choice. Wet and windy.

orienteering 1:20:56 [4] 12.5 km (6:28 / km)

DVOA relays at Nottingham. Randy and I ran all 4 legs to get the extra distance. Brown, yellow white and orange. Most of the map is pretty green. I ran out with Joel to the left of the main pack from the start, but we found ourselves in the middle of green with neither of our intended trails in existence. Joel sorted it out pretty quickly. I muddled in the barbs and finished the brown leg third I think. Fun though.
