It was a tough session today. At the half way point I was struggling and for a moment I felt I was going to bail out like last time, setting a pattern. I pulled through and averted a mental setback.

At black mountain peninsula, which is pretty fun for a sprint. Raced Phoebe again and caught up with her cause first I kept it tight and then there was a train of runners. I passed her on the way to 19, where Phoebe was following a low wall circling a car park and I jumped it to get to the gully and approach from the South. She approached from the north and got stuck a bit. After that you could see all the controls in a straight line so it was just running hard.
