sprint @ Melbourne Uni; pretty happy with how I ran only issues being a pause on my way to #3 to check scale and a silly route choice up/down some stairs to #5. nav was less difficult towards the end of the course

unplanned run today but procrastination called, went to the gym as it was windy (unfortunately got stuck on the treadmill upstairs where it was hot)

Finally went to training with the Monash running group!
8x 1min efforts with 1min recovery followed by 4x 30sec efforts with 30sec recovery.
Started off well aiming to stay under 4min/km, which I managed for the first 4 then faded and struggled through the rest. Think I could've pushed faster but as it was my first set like this I was unsure.
