way too much fun to be considered training - packrafting down the Nith with Reeder. some pretty wild rapids coming into Paris - the alpacka worked awesome, very stable!
hiking 2:00:00 [3] 10.0 km (12:00 / km)
with 40lb pack - i need to do more of that. some trail, but mostly jog/shuffle along back roads back to the car.
running 1:10:00 [4] 11.0 km (6:22 / km)
tried to run on slippery icy trails, with Vince through Boler. felt better than i thought after first big training day.
