HR monitor's batteries died. Did one lap withing zone 2 then it stopped working. Did approx 3.3 laps of Bernal Hill feeling slightly faster than last week.

Bike at Annadel with Adam. Fast pace overhaul but a lot of small stops: back wheel popped out because quick release was loose, Adam popped is rear tire in a rut, my glasses nose piece almost fell off, Adam's handlebar got totally loose. We didn't do the full loop because night was coming and we had no lights. Good strong ride though. Felt amazing on the long climb to Marsh.
Something's wrong with the recorded intensity - I don't' know exactly why- Avrg HR on ride was 144 on 20 miles, climbs were HRZ3-4 on avrg.

5 mins warm up and 45 minutes on the trainer trying to reach HRZ2 and staying at 1.8 most of the time. The trainer feels much harder than normal riding, it's strange. I felt like in PE3, breathing quite hard but HR was remaining low (actually, exactly with the calculations based on my supposed lactic threshold. Maybe being indoor changed the perception of my effort.
