L Knee, Ligament tear

looks like the collateral medial ligament on the inside of the left knee is giving problems again.Went to physio on Friday, 27/09/08. Riding the bike is fine but no running at the moment.
will remov this one as it it related to tight hamstring and inflexibility. Have been given the go ahead by the physiotherapist to run and excersises to loosen the hamstrings and strengthen the gluts.
