Originally diagnosed as inflamation at rear of hip resulting from overtight hip flexors, glutes not functioning properly, thighbone forced towards back of hip socket reducing mobility and putting excessive strain on small muscles/ligaments around hip... More recently diagnosed as hamstring tendonopathy where tendon attaches to sit bone.
