Blister-plastered and taped up from yesterday but blister was gone by control 3 and just raw skin. Not fancying a repeat of POM so jacked it in and walked back :(
So frustrating, I just want to have some nice long good orienteering races and I’ve been missing all the fun recently

Felt decent when I was out there, though looking back maybe some better routes to be taken. Glad it wasn't too long and nice that it was also technical enough to keep it interesting all the way.
Had a bit of a blunder at the end around some unmapped construction site area going back and forth and couple of times and deciding I shouldn’t go through (you could), ooops

The last month has been struggles all the way so really glad to have had an easier week. Feeling much better now and ready to go into a good 6week or so block of training ahead of World Uni’s. A lot of travelling still but should be able to train properly
