With Ben and Tom over Kilvey, around Lower Swansea Valley and back over Kilvey. Really enjoy this run, so many small paths in the woods (though the paths were super muddy and slippery today!) and there are some gorgeous vibrant green mossy forest sections :))

Ben and I are now leading weekly S+C zoom sessions for Talent South (older juniors across south of UK)
2x circuit with 30s on and 30s off but actually pretty tough going! (We were also demonstrating next exercise during break so not so much rest for us). Glad we can get into a much needed S+C routine though :)
