Forgot to start watch until after the first stairs climb so distance and climb a little short

Good little race even if I did cross Tenby about 14 times, felt physically tough but interesting

A lovely event, if a bit grotty to start with brought he wooded section, heavy leg syndrome after Thu/Fri and possibly a factor of all the blood I've given out recently.

Once out on the open moor was lovely, made an errror in route choice around the rocky section where I should have doubled back round rather than going direct over the rough stuff, this compounded the error made where I'd misread the depression as a knoll.

The long legs across the moorland next went well, particularly when the guys I was with drifted left and I spiked the gully - happy with that

Got caught by Romuldeis across this bit but hung with him until we took different route choices across the hill and I executed poorly.

All in all an enjoyable run out if he's work
