Fun Runs

Part 1
Get together with some other runners of similar and/or slightly better
ability (no need to be orienteers) for a group run, starting at a different
person's home each week so that each week has a route you don't normally
run. Run for roughly 2 hours, ideally with lots of hills and some trails.
Keep up a good conversation. Take along a topo map, since you may be the
only one that knows where you are going. Special bragging rights go to the
first person across each town line (up here the town borders are marked,
and the town line sprints last anywhere from 100 yards to a mile, depending
on when someone makes a move). You should be pretty beat by the end.

Part 2
Everyone has brought a little food. Polish it off. Make sure everyone is
planning on coming to next week's fun run.

Part 3
Go home and take a nap (maybe not needed for the younger set).
