Biked on rural roads with a friend on a hybrid bike. Lots of fun

swimming 15:00 [2] 0.5 km (2.0 kph)

swam across Walden Pond, and partway back. It's much nicer to swim on open water than in a pool! I know, I should do more running

My arms got tired, but my heart didn't. Hopefully, this will change

Ran in the Fells with Kenny and Karen, keeping track of where we were with a map. Decided that my map skills definitely need improvement.

Did about 4 sprints of 6 pool lengths:
half free-style, half breast-stroke.
Unfortunately, I haven't swum in a while, so I start swallowing chlorine before I get really tired
