Started on a long run but tweaked my L ankle. It wasn't bad, but instead of continuing on the run, I decided to stop at a nearby creek to 'ice' it. I'll do the long run tomorrow.

Started running with the RC, up Spruce. At the top, I felt good, so I decided to extend and run the Selby trail to Shasta. Once I left the group and hit the trails, my legs went to jello. It was a tough long run. Probably a little dehydrated.
