Run warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Orienteering 1:35:00 [4] 12.6 km (7:32 / km)

Long race. Fair bit slower today too with a couple long bushwacks. Didn't run quite as well today, one bad 180 mistake in the trails and a 2' in a tricky green area. The rest was pretty much perfect and I ran very hard, so ended up 1st. Pretty beat by the end though.

Louise, Teressa, Charlotte for the women today.

Run 25:00 [2]
shoes: Adidas Trail 2

Morning run around the park to wake up and stretch the legs. Bits of snow on the ground...

Run (Warm up/down) 25:00 [2]

Orienteering race 38:01 [4] 6.22 km (6:07 / km) +90m 5:42 / km

Middle race. Just about perfect with maybe 1' overall mistakes getting caught in green and bobbles here and there. Fair bit of snow on the ground and the very first start was a bit slow at times too! Great terrain and good run overall.

Hopefully, I'll post the top men and women later.

Run 45:00 [2]
shoes: Flagstaff

An easy run on the Chedoke trails. Founds some new narly looking ones heading up the escarpment, can't wait to go check them out when I have more time. Finished off with some strides to stretch out and bumped into TVP and Meridian starting the rally on par for a 25' !!

Strength/Core 5:00 [1]

Short half circuit after.

Run 1:00:00 [2]
shoes: Adidas Trail 2

Out to gage park and short warm down. Nice trail most of the way.

Orienteering 25:00 [4]

Eliminator sprints. Sweet courses, ran hard and had lots of fun tonight.

Cycling 15:00 [1]

Run 1:14:00 [2]
shoes: Flagstaff

Run 16:00 [5]
shoes: Flagstaff

TNT with a good big group tonight. 15x1, 1 off. Tough stuff tonight, fading a bit by the end. Great speed by the big boys though!

Note

I'm deciding to call any intervals under 5' intensity (5) from now on...not that the HR necessarily gets up into the (5) zone, but more to easily see when I've done lots of shorter intervals.

Sassafrass point, wandered bits of cooks and the churchill park map. Mostly trail running with the forest still pretty thick.
