Unexpectedly rad sesh w/ B. Sent the old 45 v6 proj 2nd go of the day after falling going to the finish on the 1st go. Sent a new v5 on the slab, and then a hard v5 out of the cave that has a lower v7 start. Linked all the moves from the low start to the v5 start. So, that's my new proj. And, I'm psyched to work on it. Cool. Short story long, it was fun today.

Met goals of top 30 OA, top 5 in AG. 1st in AG beat me by 19sec.
Ran faster than sub 19:45 goal. Kinda bugged to just miss sub 19. Chip time was 18:57. NBD. I feel like I paced myself pretty well. Tough course that I've now run like 5 times. Really nice AM. Not too much of a cluster of a start, despite 1000+ joggers. Solid effort. Glad to see sub 5:40-50 pace a lot. AP for last .1 was 5:05 says that watch. Nice job.

1200 felt amazing. Had to reel in 400s a bit. Felt good to feel like I had a range of sub 6mm pace. Hurried home to watch NCAA DI XC but didn't know M and W start times had been changed, so I missed both races.

Gym sesh later. Curious to see how I'll do on the tough 5k course on Thur. Probably do some T miles on dirt tmw as part of a 10-15 miler, then easy M-Wed. Psyched.

2 gus, 15oz water. Cool, gray, wind. Good legs and head. First 3mi with B, then picked up the pace. Steady moderate. Felt strong and psyched throughout. Running faster more easily. F'ing rad.

Stomach went south about an hour after, though, and is still kinda unstable. NBD. Ginger ale and saltines on the menu.
