Exploring with Mike. Some stops where we got directions from people. There's a good orienteering map over this hill, gotta bring it next time. A crazy head wind coming back home. In combination with cold rain it sort of gave me a brainfreeze.

Hike turn into a run with Mike. After some troubleshooting with the headlamp I found it's intermittent connection in the middle cord, which allows me to have the battery in my back pocket. It works when connecting the battery right to the lamp. This run I ran with the battey strapped onto the back of the head piece, not too comfortable but it works.

Teaching at Ringhals. Today in a new room, nice and fresh, bigger and with a new BOSE stereo system =)
When we were on the second song this guy comes in and starts taking pictures, it's to promote the new room and Ringhals classes. After that he pulls out a go pro camera and starts filming. Probably good that we didn't know about this beforehand.. I made sure we'll get to approve whatever he wants to publish.

Run around Eksjö. Today Elin joined us. Trails were wet and muddy.
Tested my headlamp last night and during the day today and it worked but when I put it on for this run it wouldn't work on any of my two batteries. Don't know what's wrong? Luckily Lena had brought an extra headlamp that I could borrow. Maybe it's time to buy a new one..

Felt tougher than last week, like I was working harder and comparing times I see I was a bit faster today. Was wearing my head lamp but it didn't work when I wanted to turn it on :(

Using another free pass at Friskis & Svettis. This was fun, pretty technical and good music. I got got sweaty and tired.
