went out to te mata peak and ran up and down the hills in that area while mum and Christine went walking lol... the funny thing was they came back looking as tired as me

got bored in afternoon so went out on a ride.. managed to knock atleast 30mins off my previous time on the same route

ECNI road race, was really hot. i think i took off to fast at the start and then i couldn't keep the pace i set the whole way. came down to a sprint between me and Greta who must not have had a run because she always creams me in races. i ended up coming 4th just ahead of Greta. my best result :)

im noticing a trend in my times for this run

2008 17mins something
2009 16mins something
and hopefully in 2010 15mins

did speed work on the bottom green. 50m jog then 50m sprint. 200m round the feild and i did 20 laps. was sooooo fustrating because i could see some of the new girls just joging the whole time and they only did 13 laps and i was going hard. i wanted to walk at some points right after a sprint but i kept going

trainings are geting shorter and not as long now that im back at school :( guess ill just have to go harder

ran from home back to the hostel, took a few detours to avoid major roundabouts. felt good asnt sore and didnt get tired

this might sound crazy but after my run i still wanted to do more exercize so i brought out the jump rope and skipped on and off for 40mins im estimating around 10mins was atcually jumping the other 30 catching up with mates
