Didn't do Nav challenge due to injury so I decided to cycle up the gap to watch them finish. However, the weather was atrocious. Headwind for the start but it was more across me near the top. Warm enough so wasn't too bad. Got into the car at the top as I decided cycling down was going to be a bad time.

Lap of Ballinastoe with Gina. Her first time mountain biking so taking it a bit handy but she did fantastically.

MTB around Donadea. Was fun and didn't hurt the hip abductor too much until we got lost in the forest and I had to step over a lot of things. Was a bit sore after but not too bad.

Left Hip abductor is sore today. Decided to skip intervals and doing some icing and stretching and we will see how it is tomorrow.

Easy walk up Tonlagee with Gina, Conor, Don, Ruth and Jack. Nice day out, sun shining. Gave Gina a head start in the race to the cairn but it was too much for me to make back up again.
