Running (Belair) 45:50 [3] 6.23 km (7:21 / km) +120m 6:43 / km
ahr:160 max:179 shoes: Asics Gel Trabuco X

I can't really classify this as a run. There was very little running taking place. More of a walk/jog but i'm too ashamed to add this as a sport. So a run it is. Started a 9am and did a loop that i used to do a lot. Was nice but warm and a good change from the streets of Mitcham and Torrens Park. Met up with the social Mountain Bikers aferwards for breakfast at the Country Club. Well worth the effort of getting out of bed. Though next week i will start at 8am as apparently i missed the group of nice young ladies that started out then. Sue pointed this out to me, not Lee for a change.

Running (Torrens PArk) 35:00 [3] 5.8 km (6:02 / km)
ahr:160 max:187 shoes: Asic Kayano XIII

Bit of a jog around Torrens Park. Climbed a couple of hills and remained mostly uninspired throughout the whole run. Wasn't really that bad a run, though i have to do a lot more.

Running (North Adelaide) 45:00 [3] 7.6 km (5:55 / km)
shoes: Asic Kayano XIII

First actual training run in ages. Started with the group then i slyly ran away as the others went to do Intervals at the track. I didn't think it beneficial for me to do intervals at the moment. Did a nice loop around North Adelaide and got to read a lot of plaques as i went. Ran past the cafe where the parents and the invalided coach were sipping lattes. Finished off around the track. Good fun, will do it again.
