Note

OMG spent ages working on my new video and accidentally restarted the computer. Thank God for auto-recover but the I accidentally kicked the power button and LOST AN HOURS WORTH OF WORK. :-(

Bush Orienteering race (State League #4) 1:35 [3] 3.5 km (27 / km) +105m 24 / km

Went pretty alright for this one. Extremely tired/exhausted from nights before that. Wrong direction to #1 but recovered real quick. Did good up to #4 where Richard and Glen caught me. On the way to #5 made a huge error. Us 3 all stopped and wondering where we were. I thought we were on the way to #6 and ran the way you would from #6 to #7. Got lost, thought I was near the end of the map when I saw Sally. Relocated really well ==> went to #9 took bearing back to #5, thoroughly annoyed and made the leg in record time. Met Alex on the way to #7 (It's this way!! He ended up beating me :[ ) and got 7,8,9 smoothly and VERY fast. At #10, was sprinting and tried to wack a branch away. Failed and it swung back and smacked me in the nose. Bruised nose and it was pouring with blood. Couldn't find then for five minutes then when I did, I held my nose and sprinted. 1 hour 35 mins. What annoyed me most was that #4 was a five minute leg. I took 38 minutes so if I didn't make that mistake I would of come first. :(

Basketball game vs. "Octocows". We won 47-13. Second best game I played so far with:
9 points
16 assists
4 blocks
13 intercepts.
ONE POINT OFF MY SECOND TRIPLE-DOUBLE OF THE SEASON D:<
I was really tired because I stayed up til 4.00 doing my English only to find it's been extended to the next, next Monday <(^^,)>

Basketball Training 1:20 [4]

Make-up Basketball training today for our game on Friday. Really hardcore stuff (wow really out of shape), one hour of fitness including a 10 minutes of full court sprints (came second with 54 after Andy pushed me and won with 55) and 1 hour of learning our new drill: "Pineapple Express". It's really just for laughs (the play is four out and one in) because we are owning our division so hard :P

In other news...


All the action happened in Grade Sport yesterday.
In Yr 9 soccer, we smashed Randwick, who decided to nick some stuff during the game. Three wallets, three phones and an iPod were lost :(
Our Rugby 1st's versing Epping had an all out fistfight during the game. Blood was shed. Some guys tried to tackle Nabeel, who threw the midget a couple meters
Mr. Barraclough was trying to break it up but someone punched him.

First day of school ==> School sport.
I do Indoor Climbing, which has a gym in it ^^
My workout thingo:
5km "Fun Run" at 14km/h
3km Casual Cycling in 15 mins
5km Rowing in 35 mins
2km Cool down run
Then thirty minutes of indoor climbing and a walk back to the station.
Pretty epic first day back :P

Excercise warm up/down 2:00 [3] 0.8 km (2:30 / km)

Went for a run around the oval, just one lap to relax and start my English assignment. Convinced Jason (1st in State Cross Country, going to America to run for Australia) to do go to School Series #1. If he can read a map, that's win :P

Monday Apr 27, 2009 #

Couldn't sleep. Cold Feet, headache and English Assignment due soon and couldn't stop procrastinating. Went for a run around the school, shot a few hoops at the basketball courts and ran home. Got there about 1.30am and started my assignment. Didn't know what to do, had a 20 minute power nap and listened to some music. Sleep is for the weak right?
I have a cold now >.< but I'm getting Nike HYPERDUNKS!! :D :D :D :D

Bush Orienteering race 37:00 [4] 3.7 mi (10:00 / mi)

Tocal Training Camp: Day 5
Camp Champs at Jigadee Jog, where apparently there were leeches so big they had Health Bars. Luckily they were either scared of my awsomeness or it was too dry and there were none. Ran the course really well AND ran with an iPod, which worked (no more songs getting sung wrong). Orange streamers were annoying as I didn't trust them but realised they lead straight to each control, giving them a huge advantage. Saw a scary guy staring at me but turned out to be Lewis's dad :P
Camp was over. Boo. gg. __Awesome__ camp (Thanks Russell and Karen). \\Remake please/////
