No big mistakes, and felt comfortable with the pace I was running - Not sure why I was so slow then...

Ran from work to Randburg sports complex. Had a work conference at monte in the morning, so lots of good food and running didnt go so well together

Stomach did not feel good from the start, so took it slow. Really tough route, think I should just stick to the 4km
