iRoc, organising. pulling down all the tapes on the hill and around the event centre. A LOT of walking and bit of running. feet really really sore by the end of it.

iRoc, putting out and moving controls for the orienteering race. and putting out some more tape etc. (walking for bout 5-6hrs). so tired in the end.

iRoc. way marking the fell race route. mostly easy jog with lots of stops to put tape out and figure out which way to go. SO cold :s feet and fingers very very frozen :s

feeling realy shite and tired before the start. legs really stuffed. race started off ok. could run, but couldnt really keep up with others. after bout 10min lower legs died / went totally numb. so couldnt really run any more, or just really slowly :(((
