Event at Brimham Rocks. Very nice area with lots of rock boulder and cliff detail. Some areas with more detailed contours but mainly rock detail. Have heard I beat Quentin though apparently he chose to run when injured

Reduced training this week as a bigish cross country race on Wednesday at King Henry VIII in Coventry. Been to visit annie in hospital and wouldn't really have had time for training today anyway.
