Snowdon race - well up to clogwyn station, shortened due to weather unfortunately.. mixed feelings.. really looking forward to it initially, then tiredness and stress last couple of weeks just meant i felt a bit rubbish and really really negative the whole way up, trying to be positive but until we turned didn't feel good. i also really need to run up some hills. sad to have not got to the top too, will have to try again next year, hopefully whole route and in better shape!

I did half the session so 4x (250, 400) with ~50-60s walk rest, tried to run quite hard, actually felt more like a runner today :D have felt rubbish running recently! looking forward to saturday now :) and soooo excited for a couple of days at home!!

Harriers knavesmire hills - 4 x1.6k loops but i only did 3.5, feeling rubbish. luckily got a lift there and back though! stressed and tired.
