just a smidgin tired today from yesterday and no way had time or energy to train before work, which was actually horrendous, got home and crashed on the soffa watchin the xfactor recording, poor jls, i love them so much :) but my feet hurt :( a lot.

Core 47:00 [2]

It was stupidly rainy in the morning and really didn't feel like tiring myself out on a run so did a circuit at home in the warm and dry :)

Separeated the usual circuit up into tummy, legs and arms/core groups and then split those into groups of three. Did a minute of each exercise in a 'set' and then had 30seconds break between each set. Went round that twice :)

Then 6 hours of the slowest time EVER in work i swear the clock is going backwards before raving out for the next few hours to a drum an bass DJ and pendulummmm who were INSANELY INCREDIBLE!!! i swear it was super amazing training and then more dancing after sooooo good eeeek!!!! :) fun times!!

5 mins warm up, was pretty slow, legs were so stiff!!

Treadmill at the gym, did the speedy session of incresing the incline and speed a level every 2mins up to 15mins then decreasing by a level each minute, started it offa little quickly methinks, was nearly rolling off towards the end...

cross trainer and rower for 10mins and 5mins, get a bit bored on the rower, only got the wall to look at so just work hard for 5mins rather than slack for longer.

Weight machines

Leg press - 6 x 10reps 50k
Chest press - 6 x 5reps 17.5k
Shoulder press - 5 x 4reps 7.5k and 10k
Tummy crunchy - 6 x 10reps 30k

Athletics warm up/down 35:00 [3] 0.8 km (43:45 / km)

Was absolutely freezing!! Did a couple of laps then did lots of drills, Ben had us doing all these wierd ones as well as the usual ones, felt so warmed up afterwards was really good :)

Athletics intervals 40:00 [5] 1.53 km (26:09 / km)

Super fast session tonight, the ones i always dread!

3 x 150 - split into 50 fast 50 flow 50 fast

3 x 100 - cutdowns

3 x 60 - with reaction time! so first one started facing the other way, second one started kneeling with forearms on the floor, third one strted lying down hands behind head...by the time id managed to get myself off the floor everyone else was half way to the end!!

one of those sessions i need and always find the hardest even though there's so little actual running distance. Bit of a shock to the system and effinitely need to start speeding up, speed aint so great...

ooh but had huge chocloate binge at lunch time :) shared 400g bar with carl walkin back from penrhyn bay, couldnt let him eat it all to himself, wouldnt have been a good friend then :)

Running long 1:27:00 [3] 16.0 km (5:26 / km)

Went for a loong run :) Was such an nice day so ran from home down to the prom in Rhos and along to Colwyn Bay to the gym. So nice running cept kept going too close to the sea wall and ended up getting sprayed by the sea so many times, the waves were huuge :)

8km each way and aimed for 40mins each, the way back was against the wind and uphill while the way down was with the wind and all downhill, lovely :)

There - 38mins
Back - 41mins

Dead chuffed with that! had to have a loo stop and a drink at the leisure centre tho so had about 7mins rest before heading back :)

really fun run cept it did something to me, couldnt stay still in school and had totally mad day, until burnt my hand burning and analysing sand for a geog project, brought me back down to earth pretty quickly!!

Jogging round the track and stretches. Went straight into the session so as not to start getting cold in the rain...

Athletics intervals 45:00 [5] 4.8 km (9:22 / km)

Ran with Harriers, was really good and felt like i was pushing hard. Picked some people who i knew were faster but could just about keep up with and tried to stay with them. worked really well and it got super competitive at the end, really really enjoyed it :)

400 - 74 :)

Was dead chuffed at the end, mile at the beginning should have gone faster but know for next time now :)

Core 30:00 [2]

Did my core circuit again :) was more fun than revising biology.... Same 20 stations as before and then did a few more to bring it up to 30mins, brought in back ex then more planks, situps, pressups, leg dips and lunges again :)
