Warming up, running around supporting.

Also a lot of walking, accidentally left my watch on and covered another 7k before we got back to the hotel...

Running race (BUCS xc) 30:58 [5] 7.39 km (4:11 / km)

Very very cold and hard ground. Set of a little too fast, then suffered a little bit but began to pick it up again from the second lap. Finished fast. Came 204th out of 347, so fairly happy with that. Such a big race!

Absolutely gorgeous day. Run straight after lectures, some mud, but everywhere in the shade was frozen. Really sunny and just lovely.

Jogged over to Jesus Green straight after supervision. Really not feeling it but once I got started felt much better.

Felt far better than I'd expected to at the start, but the last one felt really tough!
