My return to melb uni group intervals.
The session selection seems like a bit of a lottery but today it was 6x1k.
Thought I wouldn't have the legs to hack the speed but I surprised myself. We had decreasing recovery (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) which was interesting.. 5 mins felt like a bit much to start, and then 1min at the end was too short. Ran with Brodie and Duncan in group a little behind the leaders for the first few, then I decided to slosh myself on the last 3.
