Terrain run out to crewick & back with a course in the middle.
Met my old friends the cockatoos again, but they tried to kill me with a pine cone this time.
Was mostly in the soft pines. Legs are feeling worked

Got a really weird(painful) cramps thing in my quad this morning, and nearly fell down the stairs. So I decided an easy ride was on for today.
It can't have been anything too serious seeing as I was able to ride..

My return to melb uni group intervals.
The session selection seems like a bit of a lottery but today it was 6x1k.
Thought I wouldn't have the legs to hack the speed but I surprised myself. We had decreasing recovery (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) which was interesting.. 5 mins felt like a bit much to start, and then 1min at the end was too short. Ran with Brodie and Duncan in group a little behind the leaders for the first few, then I decided to slosh myself on the last 3.

Easy ride on the single track through creswick mining.
Had a big flock of ~200 black cockatoos fly over!
