Up a massive hill from the S-Chanf to the start. Not a bad view!

Orienteering race 1:19:10 [5] 12.0 km (6:36 / km) +350m 5:45 / km

Watched the relay in the morning.
Then went on excursion with the Swedish team on the world heritage railway up the valley a bit more, while the winners of the sprint enjoyed their prize - a free helicopter tour over the alps!

JEC Sprint
Not my finest hour. Lost maybe 30 sec to #1 because I hadn't quite adjusted to the scale (started into forest at 1:5000)
At about halfway my legs had turned to stumps.
Might have been the altitude.. I don't know. Maybe I just couldn't take my eyes off the view.
Quite an easy course though. Bit disappoint about that!

Have opted not to do all three legs of the relay for Aussie! So rest day tomorrow.

In St Moritz now and I'm not gonna lie.. It is pretty legit here.
Just an easy jog around the map close by with a few strides mixed in. Gotta get pumped for Junior European Cup sprint tomorrow!
Really happy with how the knee has recovered. Almost no soreness left in it now. And I was running pretty fine on it. As per usual, stretching is the key

Cruised around a bit on the bike today.
Knee feeling a little better but still pretty painful when I bend it.
