Ran from home. Tried hard as wanted to rush back to see Nic before she headed to the Cinema and sleepover.
Bit worried about one knee - the same one that hurts the most doing squats and lunges and walking up stairs was hurting on occasions during the run.

The usual.
Certainly reached 'zone 4' a few times during the class.

Gym (Body Blitz) 55:00 [3]

This has really tired me out.
I wish my knees didnt hurt so much during squats and lunges - well one knee considerably more than the other. Not sure if it's good to keep doing it when it hurts, but I enjoy doing this class after the cycle.
Hoping those granny arms may have toned up a bit after tonight ;-)

Ran with Nic. My job today was to encourage Nic and try to help her get under the 75mins to join the red group next year and she did it!!!. Felt very comfortable all the way so know I could have knocked minutes off this time. Enjoyable, and super weather. Not sure of exact time - guess we wait for the C2S website to tell us.

Well done to our NSW juniors in the race: Josh and Alex 52 somethin, Rob 55, Glen and Nic 73 and Bridget maybe 78. Great turnout and great effort.
