chilled out all day today... did some yoga and stretching to make the body feel fluid

40 minute run- found new road. everything felt fine today.

ATW 35s again today. felt good- solid. Also did a bunch of new exercises from the physio.

slept:5.0 (injured)

physio today for ankle- ultrasound, etc. Looking like anterior and lateral talocrural ligs may have taken one too many sprains. Ankle joint very loose and needs lots of strengthening to support. Suspected tear of periosteum may be causing residual pain... takes a while to heal
